The Virgin Islands provides significant incentives for businesses to locate in our Territory.  We represent clients in all aspects of their requests to receive economic benefits under both Federal and Virgin Islands incentive programs.  Because of Mr. Nissman’s longstanding public service nationally and in the Virgin Islands, he is intimately familiar with all aspects of Virgin Islands law.  He is well known to, and well respected by, both Virgin Islands and federal public officials.  Many of those officials consult with him.  He was the co-author of a major revision of the Virgin Islands Economic Development law in 2005 and he is regularly invited by the VI Legislature to testify on a wide range of issues
